Privacy Policy for Taploo!

Taploo! (the “Game”) is an Android mobile game independently developed by Naqi Ahmed Siddiqui (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you use the Game, including through third-party services integrated with it.
1. Information We Process
Taploo! stores certain game information locally on your device, such as high scores, gameplay statistics, experience points, unlocked items, rewards, and game settings.
The Game uses third-party advertising services that may collect or process information about your device and your interactions with advertisements. Depending on your device, region, settings, and applicable consent choices, this may include advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, app interactions, advertising performance information, and diagnostic data.
We do not ask players to create an account to use the Game.
2. Advertising and Google AdMob
Taploo! uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process information to deliver, measure, and improve advertising, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices.
3. Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required, Taploo! uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising-related consent. Available privacy choices may depend on your location and applicable privacy regulations.
Where required, the Game provides access to the relevant privacy-options interface. You may also manage certain advertising and privacy preferences through your Android device settings.
4. Local Game Data
Taploo! stores game progress and preferences locally on your device. This may include:
- High scores and gameplay statistics
- XP and progression
- Unlocked block skins
- Daily rewards and reward eligibility
- Sound preferences and other game settings
This information is used to maintain gameplay progress and personalize your in-game experience. Removing the Game or clearing its application data may delete locally stored progress.
5. How Information Is Used
Information processed through the Game and its integrated services may be used to operate the Game, save gameplay progress, display advertisements, provide optional rewarded advertisements, measure advertising performance, prevent advertising fraud, maintain security and service reliability, and meet legal obligations.
6. Third-Party Services
Taploo! integrates Google AdMob and Google UMP. These services may process information under their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements. See the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Children's Privacy
Taploo! is not intended to collect personal information directly from children through registration forms or user accounts. However, third-party advertising services may process device-related information.
The Developer must determine the Game's intended audience and configure advertising and Google Play declarations accordingly. No specific audience classification or children's privacy law compliance claim is made by this policy.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Game progress is generally stored locally on the device. Third-party advertising providers may retain information according to their own policies. Users may contact the Developer with privacy questions or requests. The Developer cannot promise deletion of information retained by third parties.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to maintain the Game and its integrations securely. However, no software or electronic data-processing system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. International Data Processing
Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live, subject to their applicable privacy practices and legal obligations.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal information, including access, correction, deletion, or choices regarding certain processing activities. You may exercise available advertising consent choices through the Game where supported or through relevant device settings.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, integrated services, or applicable requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
