Terms of Service for Taploo!

1. About Taploo!

Taploo! is a mobile stacking game designed for entertainment. Players aim to stack moving blocks, achieve high scores, unlock visual customizations, and progress through gameplay challenges. The Game may include optional advertising-supported features.

2. Personal Use

You may use the Game for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You must not attempt to interfere with the Game, its advertising systems, or other users' access to associated services.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Taploo!, including its original game design, branding, graphics, code, and other original content, is owned by Naqi Ahmed Siddiqui or used under applicable licenses. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Game or its intellectual property to users. Third-party trademarks and technologies remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Gameplay Progress

Taploo! may store high scores, achievements, progression, unlocked skins, and settings locally on your device. We do not guarantee that local progress can always be recovered after app removal, device loss, data clearing, or technical failure.

5. Advertisements and Rewarded Features

The Game may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. Certain optional gameplay rewards may be available after successfully completing a rewarded advertisement. Rewards are granted only when the Game receives the required successful reward confirmation. Advertisement availability may vary. We do not guarantee that an advertisement or optional rewarded feature will always be available.

6. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the Game where reasonably necessary. Some updates may change features, gameplay behavior, or compatibility.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Game for unlawful purposes.
• Distribute unauthorized modified copies of the Game.
• Interfere with advertising or reward-verification systems.
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or disrupt the Game's operation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of the Developer or third parties.

The Game is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the Game. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

12. Governing Law

The governing law and jurisdiction have not been specified by the Developer. This section must be confirmed and completed before the Terms are published.
